I feel like I’m following you and Dave on cafes and diners. Yesterday we wound up at Horne’s. Another place filled with locals. I didn’t take notes, but just watched and listened. I identify more with “these people,” who interact with each other and the waitresses than anyone plugged into phones and laptops at Starbucks, around people but isolated in their “work.”
