Yes, flowers, the card, and the balloon (my first!) were a sweet surprise. I had enough energy left that day to take him to see “Jurassic World.” And then . . . heavy fatigue and a mountain of housework and unpacking. Be glad you live in a flat with limited space! I’m still unpacking and aware of four book deadlines this month.
